Description
Crafted by master blender Michael Henry, Loch Lomond 21 Year Old is created from spirits from the Highland distillery's straight neck stills, three different collection strengths, two of which are peated to deliver a soft influence of smoke. Matured in three types of American oak casks and married for up to 3 months before bottling. Non-chill filtered and bottled at 46%.
Nose:Toasted oak and coconut, green apple and ginger.
Palate:Sweet vanilla fudge, peach and pear, lime juice with a touch of cinnamon spice.
Finish:Long and dry with a wisp of peat smoke and lingering oak spice.
